"Would give zero stars if I could. We were told if we paid upfront for our new van's insurance, that we would avoid having higher bills for the next three months. That was a lie. We paid up front and then they did not change the premium price but instead did not credit the payment properly and here we are, paying higher bills for three months regardless of the fact that we were told by Taylor and her staff that if we paid upfront that would not happen. We have been with State Farm for 25 years. We are either finding another State Farm agent or moving on to a different insurance provider. Taylor and her staff and too young and unprofessional to understand how to help people and treat them with respect and professionalism."
